Summary: The Senior Data Product Manager plays a strategic leadership role in shaping and delivering the vision for data products across the organization. This position drives product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment to ensure data initiatives deliver measurable business value. The Senior Data Product Manager will oversee multiple data and analytics initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders. The role requires a deep understanding of data product development within the healthcare industry, as well as the ability to translate complex clinical and analytical needs into actionable product requirements. This exempt position will report to the Associate Vice President, Data Strategy in the Division of Executive Services. It is based in our Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office/2 days per week remote. The anticipated salary range for this position is $132,000 - $155,000 (commensurate with related experience). Responsibilities:
