Staff Accountant

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Process accounts payable/receivable, vendor invoices, and customer payments.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and support financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis, research discrepancies, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and auditors and help improve accounting processes and controls.

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with a degree in Accounting or related field.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle advanced accounting tasks beyond entry-level functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Desktop.
• Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and potential to grow beyond the Staff Accountant level.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
