Team Description: Visa's Global Design organization builds the experiences that power the world's most trusted payment network. Within this organization, the Design Operations team enables creative excellence by ensuring that design work is planned, executed and scaled efficiently. We're looking for a Design Operations Intern to join us in Austin, TX, for Summer 2026. This internship offers hands-on experience in the operational systems and practices that power our design organization. You will contribute to initiatives that improve how design teams collaborate, plan, and deliver outcomes aligned with Visa's strategic product priorities. You will gain first-hand experience in how design operates within a global payments technology company, learning to connect data, process, and collaboration in support of creative excellence. You will work closely with experienced design operations professionals who will mentor you through real projects that strengthen your skills in organization, communication, and systems thinking. By the end of the program, you'll have a deeper understanding of how large-scale design organizations plan, deliver and measure impact - and how thoughtful design operations can turn creative vision into business results. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $26/hr to $31/hr which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager. Travel Requirements:This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements:This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
