Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Gundersen Health System is seeking an Ophthalmic Assistant/Scribe to join our growing and thriving organization. This is your opportunity to perform support functions to the eye practices of the department and gain exposure as an ophthalmology scribe. This is a great opportunity for Pre-Med Students! This role will start June 2026 and is a 1-year Contract! What you will get: Hands-on experience working with multiple Ophthalmic Providers throughout the Gundersen Health System Starting hourly rate of $17.24.hour + more for experience 3 different positions available: 1. Working with our General Specialist. Based mainly in La Crosse Clinic + opportunity to travel to Winona, Whitehall and Viroqua 2. Working with our Retina Specialist. Based entirely in La Crosse Clinic 3. Working with our General Specialist. Based mainly in La Crosse Clinic + opportunity to travel to Onalaska and Tomah.
