SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES

Mitigates fraud though Treasury Management risk assessments and control measure reviews. Collaborates with various departments (Credit Administration, Compliance, IT, Legal, Audit and Operations) across the Bank to report risk findings and vulnerabilities with Treasury Management customer base Performs internal reviews to confirm that Treasury Management documentation, internal processes and procedures are compliant with regulatory guidelines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services and pricing, service setup documentation, operating systems, and data transmissions, file formats and protocols used for the delivery and support of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Monitors activity and trends in client transactional behavior to help mitigate fraud.
  • Performs risk and control process reviews.
  • Creates, maintains and provides analysis of in-depth weekly / monthly / quarterly management reporting.
  • Coordinates risk mitigation efforts with Credit Administration, Compliance, IT, Legal, Audit and Operations.
  • Work across the organization to deploy and manage a risk-based approach and streamline process, while ensuring compliance and alignment with bank-wide policies and procedures, external standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Risk, Compliance and Product Managers to maintain oversight over emerging and existing key risks, controls and corrective actions.
  • Ensure that client Treasury Management documentation, internal processes and procedures are compliant with regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain appropriate tracking logs, based on client additions/changes/deletions.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to internal bank staff as required.
  • Assist with special projects as required.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Participates in data mapping, testing and other conversion projects related to Bank mergers.
  • Accepts other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Preferred
  • Experience:
  • Knowledge: MS office expertise, Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; Knowledge of Treasury Management products / services, compliance, risk or audit and online banking systems.
  • Skills: Excellent written/oral communications skills; Analytical skills, Audit skills, Proven success in problem analysis and resolution; Strong attention to detail and accuracy; Strong organization skills; Ability to manage multiple detailed work assignments with a high degree of accuracy.

TRAINING REQUIREMENTS/CLASSES

On the job training with other Treasury Management team members. Required annual compliance training.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents and reports. This position requires a large amount of time in front of a computer. This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is located in a cubicle environment that may be loud throughout the day.

Telecommuting roles no matter if hybrid or 100% full time telecommuting must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions. They must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot). Cable or fiber connections are preferred. Requirements are subject to change, as new systems and technology is delivered. Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed.
