Overview

Our Center for Process Excellence team is on a mission to improve business outcomes and employee experiences by driving step-change improvements in critical enterprise processes, and the technology and analytics supporting these.

As the Sr Director, Global Process Owner, Integrated Business Planning, you will be responsible for the enterprise-wide implementation of Integrated Business Planning processes (e.g, Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Finance, and Executive reviews) across all BUs and functions, as well as the implementation of tools to support these processes (e.g., SAP IBP, ML forecasting, Celonis).

This will require you to lead a cross-functional team, as well as collaborating closely with, and influencing, global business stakeholders at all levels. You will draw on your domain knowledge and change leadership experience to design, test, deploy, and drive adoption of new processes and systems.

This role will report to the VP, Enterprise Process Excellence. Location: Milford (MA)



Responsibilities

    Lead a cross-functional team of subject-matter experts with both business and technology backgrounds
  • Work with leaders across business units and corporate functions to develop a good understanding of current processes and systems
  • Identify best practices to be adopted into current business processes
  • Create a prioritized roadmap of changes to be introduced, working with both business leaders and other Process Excellence teams to reach alignment
  • Design and validate proposed changes
  • Deploy new processes and functionality, supported with appropriate communication and change management
  • Measure maturity, adoption and adherence, execute interventions to drive improvement where necessary
  • Develop and attract best-in-class talent


Qualifications

  • 12+ years progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, financial planning, and/or portfolio management
  • Experience deploying Integrated Business Planning processes and systems in a complex, global organization
  • Process discovery, design, and implementation experience
  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and projects
  • Strong influencing skills, proven ability to work across organizational boundaries driving change and harmonization across a global organization
  • Proven track record of solving problems, breaking down barriers and delivering results ahead of schedule
  • Strong written and verbal communication
