Job description
The Business Analyst reports to the Project Coordinator Manager and plays a critical role in ensuring that project deliverables align with business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities: - Translate business needs into clear, actionable project requirements and documentation. - Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities, risks, and process improvements. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery aligned with ISO and contract standards. - Document and communicate findings, processes, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership. - Support multiple projects simultaneously, managing priorities and deadlines effectively. - Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, including timely submission of corrective actions. - Promote a culture of integrity and continuous improvement across teams. Core Requirements: - Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Excel, Access, and Word. - Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and strategic thinking. - Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. - Ability to work off hours are requested EEO Statement: Provider Resources, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The anticipated salary range for fully qualified candidates applying for this role will be $64,288 - $88,097 (not including discretionary bonus, equity, and benefits). The final salary offered will be dependent on several factors that include but are not limited to relevant previous experience including duration and type of experience within the industry, education, and internal equity.
