Job Title: (Produce industry) Operations Coordinator Location: Pompano, FL, 33069 Duration: Fulltime Permanent Pay Rate: 55k - 70k/ annually Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day Role & Responsibilities: The Operations Coordinator helps drive operational success by managing inventories of perishable goods and maintaining key operational records. This role acts as a bridge between internal teams, vendors, and suppliers - ensuring things move smoothly across all channels. Required Skills: Coordination with accounting, vendors, warehouses, and logistics providers. Inventory management and repack coordination. Communication across departments and with external suppliers. Reporting, troubleshooting, and SOP support. Required Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience 2+ years in a coordinating/admin/logistics role Strong attention to detail and communication Experience in produce is a plus.
