Responsibilities & Expectations The primary responsibility of the Event Security Manager is to support and coordinate high level events and operations in all aspects of planning and execution. The position demands a breadth of professional security planning and management skills, strong risk assessment, threat resolution and operational experience, and the ability to establish liaison relationships with government agencies and law enforcement entities as required. This role will also work closely with the Crisis24 Operations Manager assigned to the client. In addition to working on projects and tasks with the Operations Manager, this post is required to provide onsite/off-site support for meetings, events, and conferences as necessary or at client request. In addition, the Senior Special Events Program Manager will be responsible for understanding the full suite of resources Crisis24 has available to support operations. The expectation is for the Event Security Manager to be proactive in learning all systems, procedures, and client/internal POCs. The Event Security Manager will be an integral part of the management team and will help lead the implementation of the Events program. The Event Security Manager will be expected to possess a working knowledge of program rules, policies, and procedures, as well as familiarity with event coordination protocols, and COVID testing procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following program elements: * Create and implement high-level products for client teams. * When required, help identify, validate qualifications, and recommend vendors to support events security operations. Additional Requirements: * Requires significant (10 years or more) security, events, and/or law enforcement experience to include a minimum of five years' experience in security/events administration. Additional Responsibilities: * Must adhere to client specific requests including venue location choices, budgetary restraints, vendor preference, etc. Additional Benefits
