Immunization LPN

Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00

There is potential the clinician will be needed to be assigned to other clinics, but with at least a 24-hour notice. Additional clinics are in Phoenix, Glendale, and Goodyear.

• Able to screen and administer immunizations to children in a high-volume setting.
• Able to deliver professional and courteous customer service to all individuals.
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of activities through notes, reporting forms, consent forms, and computer databases.

• Appropriately store and handle all vaccines.

• Provide proof of administered vaccines and education to clients.
• Other duties as assigned.

• One (1) or more years of current nursing experience.
• Community-based nursing experience and/or immunization nursing experience.

• Two (2) or more years of current nursing experience.
• Bilingual skills in English/Spanish.

• AZ or compact state Registered Nursing License.

• Must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid Arizona driver's license by the time of hire.
• Must secure and maintain an Arizona Department of Public Safety Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card and complete and pass a background check.
• Employee must have reliable transportation, may have to travel to another location if coverage is needed.
