BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related discipline required or related experience
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar or related role.
  • Technical understanding of ecommerce, web content and information required by online trade partners
  • Superior experience and capabilities in Microsoft Excel including but not limited to data set management, pivot table creation, and formula/macro building
  • Experience with CRM tool administration and reporting, especially Oracle Sales Cloud
  • Some experience with data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI) preferred
  • Results driven, collaborative self-starter with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) essential
  • Demonstrated excellence in prioritization and process creation focused on optimizing efficiency
  • Ability to prioritize competing initiatives while meeting deadlines
  • Ability to execute to a project plan and communicate progress across departments

ABOUT THE JOB

Under the direction of, and reporting to, the Senior Director of Commercial Sales, the Commercial Sales Administrator will acquire, organize, and distribute data to sustain and improve the sales and marketing activities for products sold through North American Commercial distribution channels. The role will primarily support US commercial sales and marketing efforts.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Deliver portfolio and product information, sales performance, and activity progress upon request to aid in the promotion or ability to sell referenced product lines
  • Improve upon and adhere to a process for prioritizing and responding to individual reporting and project data requests from sales team.
  • Manage, audit and submit all co-op and trade show claims. Generate reports for sales team.
  • Facilitate and process bid documentation, refine and improve process automation and reporting
  • Learn and understand the commercial sales structure and account assignment. Maintain changes. Audit accounts for correct set up and assignment and make corrections as needed.
  • Maintain Sales Rep listing and update as needed.
  • Facilitate and process email template and field marketing content requests.
  • Ensure customer master data in ERP and CRM are governed, cleansed, and clearly communicated to internal stakeholders.
  • Organize and distribute information through various portals available to the sales team and leaders.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of identified tradeshow and onsite sales/marketing activity. Participate in the delivery process as a key team member driving towards established delivery dates. Coordinate and lead activities to ensure all registrations and information required by the customer is correctly provided in a timely manner.
  • Disseminate and report on leads generated by other sales and marketing activities, working within and improving current processes.
  • Manage and improve expense request process for commercial sales organization.
  • Respond to and manage process of launching new products within identified accounts providing all available information to populate new product files.
  • Establish and maintain cross reference tables for new and existing products for account base.
