We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Communications (MarCom) team. Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager and working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role is pivotal in advancing the firm's marketing, business development, and client experience objectives. The Senior Growth Marketing Specialist combines strategic marketing expertise with strong analytical skills, ensuring campaigns and programs are designed, executed, and optimized for measurable outcomes. This individual will lead content-driven demand generation, manage digital and email initiatives, oversee the firm's client feedback and listening programs, and translate marketing performance into actionable insights that drive business growth. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who excels at turning data into strategy, telling the story behind the numbers, and guiding decision-making across marketing and business development efforts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Analytics, Insights & Reporting
- Lead the development of a marketing analytics framework to measure performance across all digital, content, and campaign initiatives.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data from multiple sources (web, SEO, email, CRM, social, campaigns) to evaluate effectiveness and ROI.
- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership that highlight trends, provide context, and tell the story behind the numbers.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance campaign performance, client engagement, and business development outcomes.
- Benchmark performance against industry standards and continually refine metrics to focus on outcomes, not just outputs.
Content Marketing & Demand Generation
- Lead the development of content strategies that generate awareness, build thought leadership, and drive demand.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft content that positions the firm as a trusted advisor.
- Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and offline channels, using insights to optimize results.
- Align campaigns with business development priorities to maximize pipeline growth.
Digital & Web Strategy
- Guide the firm's web presence to function as a lead-generation and brand-building platform.
- Oversee SEO strategies to increase visibility and reach target audiences effectively.
- Recommend enhancements and digital innovations that improve engagement and conversion.
- Strategically plan, test, and optimize email campaigns to support engagement, retention, and demand generation.
- Use marketing automation tools to design personalized audience journeys and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Apply insights from analytics to refine segmentation, timing, and messaging.
Client Experience (CX)
- Own the firm's client listening and feedback programs, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys and other feedback initiatives.
- Analyze client sentiment data to identify themes and recommend actionable improvements.
- Partner with leadership to implement initiatives that enhance the client journey.
- Ensure the voice of the client is integrated into marketing, business development, and brand strategy.
Skills/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with emphasis on analytics, digital, content marketing, and demand generation.
- Proven ability to execute integrated campaigns and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM platforms (Deltek Vantagepoint preferred), and marketing automation systems.
- Skilled at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and narratives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to craft compelling stories from data.
- Proficiency in digital and design tools such as WordPress, HubSpot, and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.
- Collaborative team player who balances strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment.
