  • Explore and implement emerging technologies such as generative AI, real-time analytics, and data products to enhance decision-making.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow an enterprise-wide analytics team.
  • Develop career paths, hiring plans, and performance expectations to attract, retain, and grow top analytics talent.
  • Foster a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and high performance across the team.
  • Modernize and optimize the BI stack (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric) while establishing best practices for cost-efficient, scalable analytics.
  • Support and enforce standards, models, and governance to ensure consistency, accuracy, and trust in key business metrics.
  • Partner with executives to identify business-critical questions, ensuring analytics delivers actionable, high-impact insights that influence strategy.
  • Drive innovation in data infrastructure, modeling, experimentation, and advanced analytics, including A/B testing, causal inference, forecasting, and predictive modelling.
  • Champion self-service analytics, enabling business teams to access and use trusted data independently.
  • Represent analytics in executive-level decision-making and external forums, acting as both a thought leader and a business partner.
  • Manage analytics resources including budget, headcount planning, and vendor/technology investments.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive analytics experience, with 3+ years in senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing analytics roadmaps that scale maturity and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives (e.g., product, marketing, ops).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and modern data engineering practices.
  • Proven experience modernizing BI stacks and driving adoption of self-serve analytics.
  • Hands-on exposure to A/B testing, causal inference, forecasting, and predictive modelling in business contexts.

Skills & Abilities

  • Visionary leadership with the ability to set and execute a multi-year analytics roadmap.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, able to bridge business priorities with technical solutions at the executive level.
  • Strong technical background across BI platforms (Power BI, Microsoft Fabric), modern data stacks, and advanced analytics methods.
  • Organizational builder with experience creating career frameworks, setting performance expectations, and executing hiring plans.
  • Strategic problem-solver who can balance near-term wins with long-term maturity goals.
  • Innovation mindset - curious, forward-looking, and comfortable adopting emerging tools and practices.
  • Ability to think in terms of data products - designing reusable, scalable analytics assets that serve multiple stakeholders.

Success in this Role Will Look Like
