The Ram Interactive Manager will operate as the business owner and Stellantis lead for Ram.com, overseeing delivery of all creative and technical content. The person in this role will lead site strategy providing a world-class, frictionless, research, shopping and brand experiences. They will lead annual planning efforts and scope definition to define, execute and communicate interactive strategy to support the business needs of the Marketing and Sales organizations, while balancing content execution and budget conformance. The Ram Interactive Manager will manage performance and deliverables from primary digital agencies, ensuring proper project management and quality assurance. This role will also focus on improving site conversion rates, as well as customer satisfaction and engagement, to increase sales conversion. This role will use data-driven decision-making to assess project performance and inform site strategy and content. This role will also support global website initiatives through planning, collaboration and file sharing with global teams.

The Ram Interactive Manager will have a strong understanding of digital marketing particularly around website strategy and execution within associated marketing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager. The Ram Interactive Manager will work with multiple stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure delivery of a unified digital strategy. Cultivate and communicate best practices in areas such as web platform strategy and operations. Develop digital roadmaps to support product launch timelines in accordance with defined budget allocations. Work closely with Analytics to develop a web optimization strategy leveraging technologies such as Adobe Test & Target. Coordinate with internal and external teams to define and deliver launches that align with overall strategy and communicate effectively and consistently to end consumers.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of digital marketing experience, with deep knowledge of user experience design
  • Solid understanding of website development processes and backend systems
  • Excellent project management skills and the proven ability to manage many projects at any given time
  • Previous digital product management experience
  • Strong working knowledge of vehicle programs and program management
  • Experience leading agency partners and collaborating closely with teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams across a large organization
  • Knowledge of digital performance metrics and their role in success measurement and decision-making
  • Experience with usability testing, A/B testing, and translating user insights into site improvements
  • Demonstrated understanding of digital creative, digital media, and measurement
  • Excellent organization, leadership planning and communication skills
  • Proactive, self-starter who can work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Strong track record of managing multiple projects with aggressive timelines
  • Strong track record of delivering results within challenging timeline and budget constraints
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to think strategically, lead change and challenge people
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and manage conflicting opinions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Preferred Qualifications:



  • MBA
  • 5+ years automotive marketing experience
  • Knowledge of creative development processes
  • Knowledge of still and video asset production processes
  • Knowledge of CGI asset production processes
