TITLE: Technical Product Manager DUTIES: Lead several Product Managers to manage Product backlogs on their product's vision and roadmap. Work closely with cross functional product and business stakeholders to ensure the platform supports their features and is easily adaptable to future customer needs. Lead a group of core platform service product managers and platform product teams to establish and own the vision and strategic priorities with input from consumer facing product teams, vehicle brands and other internal stakeholders. Guide core platform service product mangers on priority of backlog grooming, while managing & prioritizing flow of work into the product backlog. Ensure the product backlog reflects the vision and strategy by working closely with product managers. Builds relationships with key stakeholders and other influencers who contribute to the definition and ongoing support of the new delivery software platform. Lead the core platform services product managers in the feature and/or Epic descriptions and product line roadmaps. Continuously research industry developments, new market trends and understands how our products are performing with current customers. Uses business cases to make the case for new products/technology. Consider flexibility and scalability as core attributes of the platform. Work cross functionally with other product areas within the Software Organization and across the enterprise. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related and 8 years of experience in job offered or related position in Technical Product Management. Experience must include: architecting, developing software and electrical systems for the automotive industry; working with services-oriented architectures; working in Agile Development Environments; designing, developing and validating software in embedded systems with Autosar, Linux or QNX or Windows operating systems; 4 years of experience in product management of an embedded software product.
