Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Plainfield, IN. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Accepts incoming goods and compares them with the shipping document (Material number, description, quantity).
• Checks incoming goods for visible damage, documents them and provides the information if needed.
• Takes care of the correct use of transport equipment (hand-guided industrial trucks, forklifts).
• Captures relevant data in data processing systems.
• Arranges the acceptance, storage, commissioning, and removal of goods in the storage area and records them in the appropriate systems.
• Organises regular stock maintenance and inventory in the storage area.
• Assembles deliveries out of given storage compartments and reviews for completeness and accuracy (quantity and article number in reference to the respective delivery notes).
• Completes packaging of deliveries having regard to shipping instructions, standard methods of dispatch, types of packaging and other instructions (Dangerous Goods) in the given framework.
• Adds the corresponding shipping documents to the outgoing goods.
• Completes transports both inside and, if applicable, outside the premises using professional means of transportation.
• Selects from among clear choices based upon defined procedures and practices, to address changing work situations appropriately.
• Thinking and a portfolio of acting options encompass a range of routines, and latitude is permitted to address topics through appropriate processes.
• Unexpected situations, however, typically need technical assistance or authorisation.
• Positions are expected to cope effectively with multiple-choice situations in several assigned processes and routines.
• Thinking is about applying or even adapting the "right" procedure to a process or an issue arising.
• Deliver full range service in a defined and focused technical or administrative area of work.
• At the same time, clear input/output relations and generic and work-specific guidelines and procedures are given or available.
• The position operates major parts or a full spectrum of dedicated, specialised, and standard software packages.
• Incumbents handle routine and non-complex practical enquiries and procedures from internal or external customers.
• Service group worker, serving internal and external customers with technical or administrative standardised services and processes, to complete or add to the delivery according to the agreed service level.
• Position operates with a dedicated, limited range of user interfaces or functionalities in standardised software programs, strictly related to their specific processes.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $18.70 /hr.

Hours: 40 hrs/Week. (2^nd shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).
