Consultant

Our Advisory practice supports clients mostly in the midmarket ($500M - $2B) in Manufacturing, Utilities, Chemicals and Construction industries. Our key focus areas are:

• Helping clients define their long-term application strategies (ERP, CRM, HCM, MES, etc.) which includes business case development, identifying areas of change, sourcing software and implementation services
• Evaluating client value chain areas and providing recommendations on improving processes
• Identifying where data and AI can improve a client's operations
• Finding opportunities to reduce cost and improve performance

The preferred candidate is someone who has 1-3 years of experience with a consulting firm or has 1-3 years of experience at a manufacturing company supporting one of the following functions:

• Finance
• Supply Chain
• Procurement
• IT

Salary range is $81,500- 123,000 with an annual bonus up to 20% of base salary.

The ideal candidate lives or is willing to relocate to Chicago. Preference for 4 days a week in the office, and remote 1 day per week.

Travel varies but our current experience is ~50%, majority in the U.S. with 1-2 trips per year to Europe.
