Job Title: Project Manager

Location(s): Cincinnati, OH

(Hybrid)

• Provide detailed task planning, effort estimation and progress tracking to the project manager for all development-related activities and ensure the development team delivers to project plans.
• Direct and oversee both onshore and offshore developers, ensuring the prescribed development best practice processes are followed and all deliverables are completed to the required (high) quality.
• Actively participate in risk management and change management on projects.
• Work with functional leads to ensure the technical solutions are fit for purpose.
• Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through negotiation and consensus-building.
• Manage business expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on implementation and post-implementation support utilizing prescribed software design lifecycle techniques and system documentation techniques.

• Ability to deliver Oracle Cloud Project as Project Manager with multiple tracks.
• EM Certified at least L1,
• Should have delivered at least 2 Transformation programs in Project Manager Capacity in fees.
• Proficient in following Scrum methodology for the build phase and Oracle AIM/OUM documentation standards

• Oracle Cloud ERP hands on experience or solution architect mindset to validate solution.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy or Computer Science.
• Willingness to travel weekly as needed.
