Program Overview


The HH Global Ignite Graduate Development Program prepares early careers professionals for a successful career in marketing activation for the world's leading brands. Through training and hands-on experience, participants will learn strategic sourcing methodologies, industry-leading sustainability practices and client relationship management techniques, as well as gain knowledge of HH Global's service offerings, technology and culture.


We're looking for self-motivated people with a passion for the marketing landscape, who are inherently curious, truly inquisitive and keen problem solvers who challenge themselves and our business. We provide a platform for those who want to have an impact on the future and contribute to the successes of the company, our clients, the industry and the communities around us.


This is an 18-month learning and development program, beginning September 2026, that will consist of 3 six-month rotations throughout our business. This is a full-time position that is crafted to create a sustainable career path with HH Global, based in either our London, Chicago or New York City offices.


What your day to day will look like



  • Gain exposure to HH Global's various service offerings, technology and operations.
  • Work side-by-side with Sourcing, Sustainability and Account Managers and colleagues on current projects and business challenges.
  • Acquire valuable insights into the methodologies that drive successful marketing initiatives, while honing both interpersonal and technical skills.
  • Train on a broad range of marketing activation services and procurement activities related to a wide variety of sectors from automotive to life sciences.
  • Establish internal and external contacts whilenetworking with HH Global's senior decision makers and leaders.
  • Create clear and compelling presentations that align to the HH Global brand.


Example Rotation Path


September 2026 - April 2027



  • Rotation 1 (September 2026 - February 2027): Strategic Sourcing
  • Rotation 2 (March 2027 - September 2027): Sustainability (option for a Variable Rotation within a specific function of interest to the candidate)
  • Rotation 3 (October 2027 - March 2028): Client Engagement
  • Post-program Role: Within the final 6-months of the program, participants will be invited to express their interests before beingoffered a fixed position within Client Engagementfunction.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field is required. This program is designed for 2026 graduates.
  • Previous client-facing or customer service experience in an internship, apprenticeship or class project environment preferred
  • Previous experience in a professional business environment
  • Experience in or knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to interact with varying audience
  • Driven and passionate individual with a drive to continuously hit goals and success
  • Fluent in business English, both written and verbal
  • Highly proficient with MS Office software, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Willing to travel

For Illinois and New York applicants: The US base salary for this position is $55,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This salary may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation for this packages includes annual performance bonus targets.
