Product Marketing Manager This role is for a Product Marketing Manager to join a growing team at a leading Microsoft partner in the data management and Master Data Management (MDM) space. We exist to help businesses harness the possibilities of a data-enabled future by providing solutions for trusted data. We need you to help scale our core go-to-market programs and turn our product capabilities into compelling stories and sales-ready content. You'll be a builder and a progressive thinker, working in a fast-paced environment where you have the space to try new things and drive the business forward. You'll partner closely with teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Alliances. The position is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from the Alpharetta, Georgia office two full days a week. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities You will report to the Head of Product & Customer Marketing and focus on four main areas:
1. Content Development
- Own the website content (homepage, platform, partnership, and use case pages) to ensure a consistent story from a customer's first touch through success.
- Create and maintain core collateral (product, use case, persona, and partner materials) that clearly communicates customer value and aligns with our positioning.
- Utilize AI tools (LLMs) to analyze sales calls, win/loss notes, and support tickets to quickly update messaging, talking points, FAQs, and pitch inserts for the sales team.
2. Demand Generation
- Create content for campaigns that maps to the buyer journey, including blogs, guides, webinars, and videos.
- Partner with the Revenue Marketing team to ensure consistent offers and narratives that drive qualified sales pipeline.
- Repurpose long-form content into short video scripts, social media posts, and email sequences using AI while maintaining our brand voice.
3. Analyst & Partner Relations
- Program-manage analyst briefings and inquiries, including scheduling, materials preparation, and managing formal submissions (RFIs).
- Build and refine pitch and training materials for our Technology Partners, Systems Integrators, and Resellers to help them effectively position our solution.
What Success Looks Like
First 90 Days
- Become a primary author of sales-ready collateral being used by the field.
- Build a solid understanding of the product, market, and competitors.
- Take over management of the current analyst relations program and document areas for improvement.
- Conduct a listening tour with cross-functional teams (Sales, CS, Product) to identify content gaps and publish a prioritized summary.
By 6 Months
- Support at least one analyst briefing or inquiry with high-quality materials.
- Publish a product marketing content strategy with a gap analysis and a 2-quarter roadmap.
- Deliver content for at least one integrated marketing campaign or event.
By 12 Months
- Lead the full update of the website copy and content (Platform, partnership pages, use cases, and homepage) aligned with leadership messaging.
- Demonstrate a measurable increase in seller readiness and content adoption.
- Operationalize AI across product marketing workflows, standing up a pipeline to quickly turn sales conversations into marketing assets.
Qualifications & Experience You'll love this job if you're a clear, concise writer and editor ready to contribute to collateral development from day one.
- 6-8+ years of B2B Product Marketing experience, with a proven history of creating high-quality collateral that moves deals forward. B2B SaaS experience is preferred.
- Proven ability to translate product features and platform strategy into clear customer outcomes and value proof.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated and repeatable use of AI tools (e.g., integrating sales call analysis with LLMs) to improve PMM efficiency and output without sacrificing quality.
- A proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
