The Senior Specialst, Programmatic Partnershipsrole will support the management of a portfolio of revenue partnerships for Spectrum Reach's National Sales organization and lead key business/sales operations initiatives such as reporting, demand quality management, and overall platform integration integrity. This role's focus will be multifaceted spanning partner management, go-to-market, and sales operations. Go-to-market efforts include supporting a growing book of business consisting of revenue partnerships across SSPs (e.g. platform-specific marketplaces, SSP-sourced demand), DSPs, retail media networks, and other revenue-driving technology partners (e.g. managed-service principle buying platforms, data vendors, ad exchanges). The second focus area is to lead the internal infrastructure development required for phased scaling of programmatic business, including sales reporting, demand quality management, and rollout of new monetization capabilities. As a key team member of the team this role will ensure we are set up for success by ensuring partners in the advertising ecosystem have a positive customer experience, and help fuel Spectrum Reach revenue growth through strategic and consistent engagement with internal and external partners to promote Spectrum Reach's offering and our near-and-long term strategies. A qualified applicant's criminal history, if any, will be considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws, including local ordinances. The base pay for this position generally is between $63,000.00 and $66,281.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses. In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $44,000.
