Description
The American Hospital Association (AHA) is a national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. The AHA has two main offices, located in Washington, D.C. and Chicago. We are currently seeking a Workday Specialist for our Chicago office. This position is a hybrid role (three days in the office, two days working remote). Starting base salary = $78,000- $97,000- $116,000 (commensurate with related experience). The AHA is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location. The Workday Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and system administration for the Workday platform, a cloud-based ERP system for human resources and finance functions. Maintain integrations, configure system functionality, monitor security and support reporting needs. Working under the direction of the Director, Workday Platforms, collaborate and coordinate with Information Technology (IT) and business units to ensure Workday is reliable, accurate and aligned with organizational objectives. Bachelor's Degree in related field of Information Technology (required)
Experience
3 years: Experience supporting Workday functionality, system configuration and reporting tools, including gathering requirements, testing, and documentation
