We're hiring Call Center Agents to support a mission-driven company that helps working parents find reliable childcare-fast. * What You'll Be Doing* You're not just answering phones-you're changing lives. * Take inbound calls from employees seeking childcare solutions * Be a hero on the Back-Up Care team, solving last-minute childcare emergencies * Guide employees to the best-fit programs with your childcare expertise * What You Bring to the Table* * 1+ year of customer service experience (call center = bonus points!) * Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and quick to learn new systems * Stellar communication skills-written and verbal * High school diploma or equivalent Perks & Details * $18.75/hr, paid weekly * Start Date: November 3rd * Schedule: 40 hours/week * Monday-Friday: 5am-10pm * Saturday-Sunday: 5am-8:30pm * Various schedules available! * Location: Westminster, CO 80020 * Remote Flexibility: Onsite training for 4 weeks, then work from home (if you're rocking it!)
