Phlebotomist (Level 1)

Work Schedule: 90% FTE, Full-time. Day shift hours, 4:0am-4:30pm 3 shifts/week. Every other weekend and 2 holidays/year. You will work at the UW Health SwedishAmerican Hospital in Rockford, IL.

Additional components of compensation may include:

• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime
• On-call pay

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Required
• Successful completion of a phlebotomy course. Preferred

Work Experience

• 1 year Phlebotomy experience Required

Licenses & Certifications

• CPR Required
