The Expert Services Program Manager will lead and oversee the successful delivery of professional services extended engagement projects. This role involves managing small to moderate-sized projects of moderate complexity, working cross functionally with partners and internal team members, and ensuring alignment with functional goals. The Program Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and balancing multiple priorities, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and driving operational improvements to achieve team-level outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage routine operational plans to achieve incremental objectives set by higher-level management.

  • Oversee the execution of the expert services program, ensuring customer deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with functional goals.

  • Ensure that all deliverables meet high-quality standards and client expectations.

  • Provide direction and support to professional individual contributors and partner resources, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

  • Lead efforts to improve team strategies and operational processes through thoughtful feedback and innovation.

  • Engage with functional peers, cross functional teams (nearshore and offshore), and other stakeholders to influence team strategies and achieve shared objectives.

  • Conduct presentations and communicate technical information to key stakeholders and customers regarding specific progress on projects or overall portfolio program.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and effective resource allocation.

  • Monitor progress against monthly targets, making adjustments as needed to ensure success.

  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or issues in expert services program delivery.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and overall program outcomes.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a SaaS or professional services environment.

  • Proven ability to manage moderate-sized projects with multiple priorities and complexities.

  • Experience in running managed services portfolios for professional services teams or consulting organizations.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound judgments.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting technical information to diverse audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Preferred:
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting role within a SaaS organization.

  • PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2, CAPM, or similar project management certification.

  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, JIRA, and professional services automation (PSA) platforms.

Compensation:

$108,000 - $140,000

On target ranges above include base plus a portion of variable compensation that is earned based on company and individual performance.

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
