Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive, superior website and digital marketing experience to enhance user engagement and increase visibility, brand awareness, and connectionacross all digital channels,including websites, search engines, online advertising, mobile, social media, email, display and geofencing advertising, etc.


Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities (include, but not limited to)

ESSENTIALDUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Support the full lifecycle of paid campaigns from planning through completion, recommend effective platforms and channels, and directly manage in-house campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) for smaller initiatives.
  2. Partner with external vendors on larger campaigns, providing strategic input on targeting, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and campaign goals to maximize ROI.
  3. Monitor performance data, create regular reports, and interpret results to guide improvements; recommend budget adjustments, refine targeting, and refresh creative content to optimize outcomes.
  4. Assist in managing website content updates to ensure information is timely, accurate, and engaging while maintaining consistency with College brand standards.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure site functionality, accessibility, and user-friendliness; support SEO efforts by optimizing content and work with developers on enhancements.
  6. Develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content for College website, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads tailored to diverse audiences.
  7. Contribute written and visual content to brochures, newsletters, flyers, and other collateral; repurpose materials across multiple platforms for maximum visibility and consistency.
  8. Maintain College voice and tone across all channels by producing high-quality, professional content that reinforces institutional priorities.
  9. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to respond to requests, provide marketing support, and ensure alignment with brand standards; participate in committees as needed.
  10. Stay current with marketing trends, digital tools, and industry best practices through professional development and training opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Experience in content management systems and Google Analytics; ability to analyze metric data and communicate ?ndings/recommendations to all levels of the organization
  • Experienceinadigitalmarketingrole,includingthemanagementofsuccessfulPPC/paid search/SEO and
  • development of website content strategy utilizing analytics and KPIs
  • Thorough knowledge of technology required to deliver quality content such as internet, web technologies, electronic mail, social media platforms, and mobile technology tools
  • Thorough,currentknowledgeofAPwritingstyle,socialmediaplatformsandmarketing concepts
  • E?ective interpersonal communication skills - oral, written and listening
  • Abilitytoattendcloselytodetailedwork,completingandmaintainingahighlevelofaccuracy; ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to work processes
  • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to changing priorities underpressureandtightdeadlines Ability to work independently, as part of a team and/or with minimal supervision
  • Intermediate level of pro?ciency with computer software applications such as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, presentations and/or publishing.
EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Associates degree in Marketing or related field and 2 years related experience or Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Advertising, Public Relations, Communication or related ?eld
  2. Three-?ve (35) years of digital marketing and professional writing experience
