Alvaria is seeking a product manager who will own product lifecycle strategy and management of several portfolio solutions, in addition to collaboration on new product design.

The candidate should possess experience with outbound and inbound interactions and orchestrating these workflows for compliance rich environments. Working knowledge and experience designing how contact center ecosystem applications interact, as well as an understanding of delivery architectures, will be critical to rapid success in this role.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate customer discovery and use case design skills, experience performing industry research, competitive SWOT analysis and an understanding of user interface best practices.

This position will encompass a blend of strategic, tactical, and analytical responsibilities and the successful candidate will be execution-minded with the ability to convert concepts to actionable requirements.

Critical Skills

  • Data focused approach to feature, functionality and solution design.
  • A user experience mindset.
  • Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Experience identifying requirements and designing integrations.
  • Working knowledge of contact center regulatory and vertical industry compliance programs
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise product requirements.

General Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong contact center acumen.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Jira and AHA is a plus.
