Join Ecolab's Corporate Logistics team in Saint Paul, MN as an Associate Logistics Manager supporting the North America Logistics Control Tower team. This role owns the logistical operations process, service, and performance across a region within North America and serves as an integral member of Control Tower's leadership team. The individual in this role will own the regional management of daily transportation operations, carrier accountability, escalations from the field, team member development, process improvement, and savings initiatives, while maintaining Ecolab's top priority of safety first. The ideal candidate must be a self-directed achiever with ability to influence and effectively communicate vertically, horizontally and across the organization, and with all levels of external partners.
