Job Title: Marketing Assistant/Specialist - Marketing Assistant/Specialist III

Location: New York, NY

Job Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Grow the Paid Media channel to support Client's live goals.
  • Create and manage Paid Ad campaigns on Social Media Platforms.
  • Creative asset sourcing (working alongside in-house design team and other partner teams).
  • Extract and analyze campaign data from Ads Managers and internal dashboards, and improve performance through budget optimizations.
  • Report on progress against goals and relevant Paid metrics to management, periodically.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate tracking of paid campaigns through internal dashboards.




Educational Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience managing Paid Media campaigns (preferably on Social Media Ad Platforms like Meta).
  • Must be comfortable with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with basic functions, V-Lookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience of working with cross-functional stakeholders.




Preferred Experience & Qualifications:


  • Moderate experience of using Tableau or like BI tools
  • Writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer.
  • Ad creative understanding.
  • Experience with A/B testing, especially around audience segmentation and targeting.
  • Have relentlessly high standards and a high attention to detail
  • Ability to conceptualize, scope, and execute projects to strict deadlines
  • Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action
  • Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
  • Experience using SQL and similar queries to analyze data
