Job Title: Colleague Enterprise Applications Manager
Location: New York, NY.
Job Summary:



  • The Colleague Enterprise Applications Manager's main objective is to drive student success through daily support, ongoing evolution, and optimization of the Colleague ERP system (technical and functional) at the college or university.

  • This role involves managing staff, collaborating with leadership, and ensuring quality and efficiency in all aspects of ERP operations.



Key Responsibilities


  • Leadership & Team Management

    • Provide strong leadership and management of IT staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery of work.
    • Meet regularly with staff to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain standards.


  • Client Engagement & Strategic Support

    • Act as a strong leader with excellent customer relationship skills to support modernization efforts.
    • Consult with management to define project goals, timelines, resources, and procedures.


  • Project & Operational Oversight

    • Manage projects using strong project management skills, prioritize tasks, and provide regular updates.
    • Develop and optimize change management, communication planning, testing procedures, and documentation.


  • System Optimization & Support

    • Provide technical support and system configuration guidance to administrative users.
    • Support staff in identifying, evaluating, and maintaining system solutions.
    • Deliver systems analysis, problem-solving, and programming support to enhance system efficiency.


  • Technology Evaluation & Maintenance

    • Implement quality assurance methodologies for change and problem management.
    • Evaluate third-party software/hardware for compatibility and usefulness.
    • Assess IT projects for hardware adequacy and recommend new purchases.
    • Plan and manage data storage and archival operations.




Qualifications Required:


  • Experience with the Colleague ERP.
  • Experience with Colleague SaaS integration methodology.
  • Expertise in MS SQL, T-SQL, and/or other data-related reporting tools.
  • Experience with enterprise reporting tools.
  • Proven ability to lead support groups, college departments, and committees.
