Role Summary

As a Senior Program Manager, you will spearhead projects that elevate our operations to new heights by driving change, scaling operations, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your initiative and commitment to accountability across the fleet team and stakeholders will be crucial in achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and strategies to improve end to end operations and workflows within the fleet team, including policies, procedures, and workflows related to improving fleet accountability
  • Drive Change: Lead initiatives that will redefine our fleet management strategies, ensuring we stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
  • Scale Operations: Implement scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and support our growth trajectory, positioning us as industry leaders across the markets with Rivian presence
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with diverse teams to integrate fleet operations seamlessly with other business functions, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Team Player: Support across our team as the business requires, inclusive, but not limited to new projects, fulfilling vehicle assignments, and data maintenance
  • Project Management: Oversee the remarketing and decommissioning processes, optimizing asset utilization and maximizing returns.
  • Audit Excellence: Ensure compliance and operational excellence through rigorous auditing, maintaining the highest standards of accountability and transparency in close collaboration with supporting teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate vehicle use data and to drive accountability
  • Collect requirements from fleet users and other groups to drive operational improvements in day-to-day processes
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, identify roadblocks, and drive issue resolution to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience

  • Resource Optimization: Efficiently manages resources, including budget, personnel, and vehicles, to maximize operational efficiency and achieve cost savings.
  • Works independently on assignments and seeking guidance when needed while maintaining progress
