Haskell has incredible internship opportunities available with our Construction and Manufacturing Team in multiple locations. The Content & Communications Intern will support the planning, development, and delivery of engaging multimedia content. This role will provide hands-on experience in creating articles, graphics, videos, and other digital content while collaborating with subject matter experts, field teams, and content owners. The internship emphasizes creative storytelling, consistent branding, and audience-focused communication strategies to ensure content resonates, inspires, and drives engagement across the organization.

Job Responsibilites:

1. Assist in planning and developing multimedia content such as articles, short-form videos/reels, graphics, and photos.
2. Help coordinate content updates, reviews, and publishing processes across platforms.
3. Draft and edit engaging, easy-to-understand content that aligns with organizational standards.
4. Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, newsletters, training, and internal campaigns.
5. Assist in tracking content engagement and gathering feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
6. Participate in the design and development of training content, including on-demand learning resources and live course materials.

Education/Experience:

    Pursuing a professional degree in architecture or related discipline from an accredited college or university

Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:

1.Interest in content creation across multiple formats (writing, video, graphics, photography) in content authoring and management systems.
2.Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications including Teams, SharePoint, office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
3.Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent)
4.Strong written and verbal communication.
5.Creative thinker with attention to detail.

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
