What you'll do:

• Record, edit and mix high volume audio spots in a fast-moving, deadline driven environment to Pandora's production standards
• Effectively manage incoming audio requests while also meeting multiple deadlines throughout each day
• Interpret client needs and provide proper direction for VO talent, identifying top-quality performances that match client expectations
• Work collaboratively with Campaign and Account Managers to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
• Perform library searches and effectively use music/and or SFX for audio ads.
• Optimize or create Advertising Copy: Craft, revise, and enhance advertising scripts to ensure compelling and brand-consistent messaging that effectively engages the target audience.
• Provide Voiceover recording: Deliver professional voiceover recordings for commercials and audio productions, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and maintaining high-quality audio standards.
• Comfortably and assertively direct and engineer high-pressure recording sessions, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and clear knowledge of the product and brand

What you'll need:

• 2+ years of experience working in professional audio environments: broadcast and 1+ years of experience working with voice over and dialogue
• Expert skill level in audio software and plugins; Logic Pro or Pro Tools knowledge.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused while handling large volumes of deadline-driven work.
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Ability to maintain accuracy, flexibility, and attention to detail while multitasking.
• Able to work well within a team while also being highly self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal supervision
• Strong ability to balance efficiency and quality advertising required
• Must have legal right to work in the US

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $64,350 to $75,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives. We encourage all interested candidates to apply.
