Industrial Maintenance Mechanic | Florence, KY | $30-$38/hr DOE

We're looking for a capable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to support repairs, fabrication, and preventive maintenance in a dynamic production environment. Hours & Pay

Shifts Available: 2nd and 3rd shift

Pay Range: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Direct hire

Daily Tasks & Core Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, or adjust production and support equipment
• Fabricate replacement parts using metal, plastic, or wood to meet operational needs
• Maintain and service plant systems: boilers, air compressors, water treatment, powder silos
• Assist with layout, installation, and procurement of new capital equipment
• Perform snow removal from exit doors, roofs, docks, and walkways when needed
• Respond to plant security or safety system alerts
• Order parts and accessories, and maintain an inventory of maintenance supplies
• Support tasks delegated by the Maintenance Supervisor

What You Bring to the Table

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a maintenance role within a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong mechanical aptitude-motors, gears, bearings, etc.
• Fabrication skills and mid to high electrical knowledge preferred
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for up to 4 hours, bend, stretch, and perform physical work
• Proven problem-solving skills, with initiative and attention to detail
• Solid communication, integrity, and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow directions, adapt to change, and maintain reliability
