Quality Assurance Technician

• Perform daily analyses on in-process and finished products, including pH, moisture, sodium/salt, fat, and other required testing.
• Document and communicate any out-of-specification results promptly to the appropriate parties.
• Conduct audits of quality checks (QCs) on the production floor and verify compliance with SSOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized laboratory environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all shift tasks are completed on time.
• Select, prepare, and ship product samples to third-party laboratories for further testing.

• Must have two years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel required).
• Prior experience in a manufacturing and/or laboratory environment strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with production and quality teams.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and occasionally lift 10-15 lbs.
