The Professional Services Practice Manager will be a key driver in transforming our clients' businesses through strategic cloud data solutions. This role is responsible for services sales execution and project delivery success for our marquee accounts within the Communications and Entertainment vertical. The ideal candidate will be a skilled software solutions seller who can build strong relationships and be a strategic partner to our clients, enabling their data-driven transformations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Services Sales & Execution:

    • Spearhead services sales and project delivery for key accounts, including large telecommunications and media companies.

    • Own the entire professional services lifecycle, from deal strategy and proposal creation to execution and post-sales delivery hand-off.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and sell professional services opportunities.

    • Engage with C-level executives to create and execute services roadmaps.

    • Achieve quarterly bookings, utilization, and consumption targets.

    • Manage deal reviews and ensure project scope is well-defined for customer success.

  • Client & Internal Relationship Management:

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with both external clients and internal sales teams.

    • Act as the primary Professional Services point of contact for assigned accounts.

    • Serve as the initial point of escalation for customer and project teams.

    • Collaborate with other delivery partners and internal teams (legal, deal desk, account teams) to navigate complex processes.

  • Project & Team Leadership:

    • Lead high-performing teams and manage project financials (revenue forecasting, expense management).

    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

    • Contribute to internal process improvements and help define best practices for the broader organization.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a services sales and delivery role, or a similar capacity, managing complex, technical implementation projects and revenue forecasting.

  • Domain Expertise: Direct experience within the telecommunications and media, and advertising market is highly preferred.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to manage ambiguity and complexity in deal processing and project execution.

  • Sales Acumen: A track record of meeting or exceeding bookings, utilization, and consumption targets.

  • Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate and translate effectively across both internal teams and customer organizational structures.

  • Collaboration: Demonstrated success in building strong, trust-based relationships with sales teams and other internal stakeholders.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in a Big 5 or boutique strategy consulting firm.

  • Experience in a client support or technical advisory role (e.g., solution architect, technical account manager).

  • Experience in designing, leading, or selling cross-functional digital transformations.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:

  • The estimated base salary range for this role is $144,000 - $205,200.
  • Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plan.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.
