Join our team as an MOIS Business Analyst, where you'll leverage your analytical skills to drive business solutions, enhance data accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and technology solutions.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:



  • Estimated Salary:$59,000-$75,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Engage with stakeholders to understand data needs, business objectives, and reporting requirements.
  • Gather data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness for analysis.
  • Identify and correct inconsistencies, missing values, and errors to maintain data integrity.
  • Maintain clear, continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders to align on expectations and deliverables.
  • Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and leverage automation tools for optimized data processing.



WHAT YOU'LL BRING:



  • Ensure data accuracy, catch inconsistencies, and identify errors or discrepancies in datasets.
  • Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and ability to learn new technologies (SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Informatica).
  • Develop data-driven solutions to address business challenges and creatively use data for decision-making.
  • Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams, manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving tools and technologies.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.



PREFERRED:



  • Strong advisor support customer service skills.
  • Experience with Broker/ Dealer interactions.
  • Knowledge of the Securities Industry (FINRA, SIFMA, CFP Board, FPA, etc.).
