We are seeking a Software Solution Architect for the Midwest area. The ideal candidate can successfully identify customers technical needs, demonstrate equipment, and help drive sales revenue through customer usage of Anritsu instruments.

Key Responsibilities include:



  • Subject Matter Expert FAE Support role responsible for portfolio positioning and assist AASC and customers with escalated support requests prior to division engagement
  • Defining and conveying total system solutions addressing business KPI's by understanding and utilizing 3rd party relationships and HW expertise
  • Develop and validate customer and industry-defined test scenarios required for demonstrations if not provided by Division
  • Associate customer-defined KPI's with New Feature Integration, define and create AASC FAE and customer demo guides and respective training modules
  • Collaborate with AASC business units in creating Product Configuration templates to support regional marketing and promotional plans


Requirements:



  • U.S Citizen preferred due to onsite customer visits that require U.S citizenship.
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Test and Measurement equipment, such as Anritsu, Keysight or Rohde and Schwarz.
  • Strong programming and development experience in Python, C#, Labview or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to create and present technical solutions and business value propositions to multiple levels and functions within an organization.
  • Documented written communication skills to include technical research or white papers.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office.
  • This is a field job and candidate must be capable of driving a company vehicle and transporting test equipment to/from customer sites.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% domestic and 10% International.

The annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $165,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Anritsu Company considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
