Sanitation Lead

Work Arrangements: 2 pm to 10 pm and weekends as needed to support operations In this role you will: Lead the sanitation team to ensure cleanliness and safety of the facility Participate in cleaning activities Develop and implement sanitation procedures that comply with industry and regulatory standards Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas that need cleaning and maintenance. Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Train and educate sanitation team on proper procedures and safety protocols Collaborate with departments to ensure sanitation procedures do not interfere with production schedules Document and maintain records of sanitation procedures and inspections. Conduct equipment inspections after sanitors have completed cleaning tasks and provide feedback to sanitors and the bakery Investigate and resolve any sanitation related complaints or issues Conduct ATP testing on cleaned surfaces What we are looking for: Minimum Requirements: Troubleshooting experience or mechanical aptitude required. Experience assisting with change overs preferred. At least two years of sanitation experience or a related field Knowledge of sanitation regulations and procedures Ability to develop and implement sanitation programs and protocols Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team Work Environment: Physical Demands: Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
