Job Description: As a CNC Operator at NHBB you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality parts and components. You will work closely with our production team to ensure that our products meet exact specifications and maintain high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grinders, according to engineering drawings and specifications. Load and unload materials and tooling and make necessary adjustments to machine settings to achieve desired results. Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output, making adjustments as needed. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments to verify conformance to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or Hi-Set; technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining is a plus. Proven, minimum 1 year experience as a CNC Operator or similar role. Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, and blueprints. Familiarity with various CNC machines and tools, including mills, lathes, and grinders. Strong attention to detail and precision. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
