JOB SUMMARYThe Program Manager oversees vendor contract management and the On-Demand procurement process for designated facilities. This role manages vendor relationships, ensures contractual compliance, maintains financial integrity of purchase order lifecycles, and supervises Variable Support Managers and Business Partner personnel, providing support to the Facility Manager. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage contracts while ensuring compliance with JLL and client procedures. The Program Manager will provide site coverage in the absence of the Facility Manager and provide variable support to the Facility Manager as requested to ensure the seamless and high-quality performance delivery of the facilities team.
