As an Inside National Sales Manager you will Manages and develops a team of inside sales representatives in order to develop new accounts and maintain or expand existing accounts in order to meet established goals and objectives. Sells and promotes CCS Medical's diabetes line of products and services with a focus on Continuous Glucose Monitoring(CGM), Insulin Pump Therapy and related supplies. Participates in strategic and tactical planning for the division. Builds working relationships with channel partners and call points. Responsibilities * Participates in the planning, development, and implementation of key accounts * Develops and executes a territory plan to maximize revenue * Works closely with Inside Sales Representatives and reviews sales plans to assure achievement of regional sales goals * Recruits, trains, and develops full sales potential of Inside Sales Representatives * Works routinely with Inside Sales Representatives and monitors development of sales abilities and skills through direct observation and review of paperwork, organization, planning, etc * Motivates Inside Sales Representatives through strong leadership, providing clear definition of sales tasks and methods to achieve sales goals * Prepares timely reports of departmental activity (e.g., sales results or projections, staff development, as requested by management) * Conducts weekly progress meetings with Sales Representatives * Coordinates sales activities with other departments acting as a liaison to management and operation * Monitors and reviews expenses of Sales Representatives to ensure compliance with designated guidelines * Implements and assures adherence to all company policies and procedures * Expected to partner, plan, support Regional Sales Managers * Develops and collaborates Territory Business Plans with the Inside Sales Representatives * Expense reports are to be completed and submitted monthly * Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information * Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department * Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements * Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards Desired Outcomes * Exercises appropriate cost control measures * Maintains positive internal and external customer service relationships * Maintains open lines of communication * Plans and organizes work effectively and ensures its completion * Meets all productivity requirements * Demonstrates team behavior and promotes a team-oriented environment * Actively participates in Continuous Quality Improvement * Represents the organization professionally at all times Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree (BA) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of five years of medical field sales experience is required or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience. * Minimum four years supervisory/management experience preferred * Demonstrated ability to analyze markets, plan sales strategies, motivate and train subordinates * Maintains a knowledge of specialty products and how to sell based on profitably is necessary * Proven sales track record * Uses appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospects and clients * Identifies opportunities and takes action to build and maintain strategic relationships between one's area and other teams, departments, customers, or organizations to help achieve business goals. * Monitors the results of delegations, assignments, or projects, considering the skills, knowledge, and experience of the assigned individual and the characteristics of the assignment or project * Ensures the customers perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities; crafts and implements services practices that meet customer's' and own organization's needs. * Effectively meeting customer needs; building productive customer relationships; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty * Interacts with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization through open communication, integrity, and support.
