Job Description:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Design & implement a best-in-class SIOP process that integrates demand, supply, inventory, and financial perspectives into a single, cohesive plan.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product Management to ensure alignment of business goals with supply chain execution.
  • Harness analytics to leverage 3rd-party market intelligence, forecasting models, and internal data to improve accuracy, agility, and decision-making.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings that drive accountability, alignment, and proactive decision-making across business units.
  • Balance strategy and execution for shaping the long-term process framework while ensuring immediate improvements in visibility, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Continuously improve & embed metrics, KPIs, and accountability frameworks to ensure SIOP remains a living, evolving capability.
  • Design & implement a best-in-class supply forecasting process to continuously improve supplier performance and business KPIs.
  • Optimize the supply chain of goods and services from our suppliers to our customers by focusing on market driven responsiveness and Aid in material management escalations
  • Internal Stakeholders: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders (sales, engineering, operations, quality, etc.) to understand product portfolios, bundled offerings, and customer behavior.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or Operations or related field OR equivalent work experience
  • 7+ years in Supply Chain, Operations Planning, Demand/Supply Planning, or related roles within manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and relevant supply chain planning tools.
  • Strong collaboration, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in leading or standing up SIOP/IBP processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort integrating external market analytics with internal data.
  • Able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A bias for action: You don't wait for perfect information, you move, learn, and adapt.
  • Curiosity & resilience: Who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, not a blocker.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma concepts & methodologies
  • Ambition to grow.
