The Busperson plays a vital supporting role in ensuring a seamless and refined dining experience for all guests. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dining tables, supporting service staff during all meal periods, and upholding the highest standards of service etiquette and mise en place. In alignment with our brand's luxury standards and service expectations, the Bus person demonstrates professionalism, attention to detail, and consistency, contributing to an exceptional and memorable guest experience.

What will you be doing?

Table Maintenance & Presentation



  • Discreetly and efficiently clear used tableware and reset tables in accordance with fine dining presentation standards, ensuring all service items are polished and precisely arranged.


Station Readiness



  • Maintain all service stations with fully stocked and impeccably arranged items including silverware, linens, glassware, and condiments, anticipating the needs of service staff and guests.


Guest Engagement



  • Greet guests with warmth and poise. Offer and replenish bread service, butter, and beverages, ensuring an elegant start to the dining experience and attentive service throughout the meal.


Back-of-House Coordination



  • Safely and promptly transport soiled serviceware and glassware to the stewarding area, maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.


Team Collaboration



  • Exhibit a proactive, cooperative spirit by assisting colleagues and supporting all aspects of the dining service operation.


Additional Responsibilities



  • Perform additional duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.


What is required?



  • Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills in English.
  • Warm, guest-focused approach and an ability to anticipate needs with discretion and grace
  • Knowledge of fine dining table settings, service styles, and etiquette.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and maneuver through a busy dining room with elegance and efficiency.


  • Capacity to push service carts weighing up to 150 lbs.
  • Well-groomed appearance and impeccable hygiene, consistent with luxury hospitality standards.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and a strong sense of teamwork.
  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred.


  • Food Handlers and TABC certification is required.
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
