Xometry is revolutionizing manufacturing and is seeking an accomplished, strategically-minded Lead Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This is a critical full-time role responsible for scaling our Product and Technology organizations by sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top-tier talent. You will serve as a key partner to our leadership team, driving the strategy and execution for our most complex and high-priority technical hires.
Responsibilities:
You will be a strategic partner and talent expert, driving the successful growth of our core Product and Technology teams:
- Full-Cycle Strategy & Execution: Own and manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for highly complex technical roles (e.g., Staff Engineers, Architects, SREs, ML/AI specialists), from strategic intake meetings and workforce planning through to offer negotiation and successful close.
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop, implement, and execute creative, data-driven sourcing campaigns across diverse channels, leveraging expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and technical platforms to attract and engage passive, niche technical talent.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to Engineering and Product Leadership, providing actionable market intelligence, compensation data, and consultative guidance to optimize hiring decisions and build scalable talent pipelines.
Assessment & Calibration: Conduct rigorous competency- and behavioral-based interviews to deeply evaluate candidates' technical aptitude, business acumen, and cultural alignment with Xometry's values. - Process Excellence: Drive continuous improvement across the Technical recruiting function, identifying bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and contributing to the overall global Talent Acquisition strategy and interviewer training programs.
- Data Integrity & Reporting: Maintain the highest level of accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System (preferably Greenhouse) and provide regular, strategic reports to inform forecasting and leadership decision-making.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive, full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant emphasis on technical recruiting in a corporate or agency environment. Experience recruiting for software engineering, SRE, data science, or AI/ML roles is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and scaling technical teams for US-based, high-growth companies.
- High proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other cutting-edge technical sourcing tools.
- Proven ability to manage a demanding, complex requisition load and effectively prioritize multiple, simultaneous recruitment projects with urgency.
- Strong foundational knowledge of common Human Resources practices, employment laws, and compliance regulations in the US market.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related technical field.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the business acumen and resilience to thrive in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.
