- Providing administrative and operational support to the Director of Administration (DoA), collaborating with key stakeholders to problem solve and ensure coordination and execution of priorities
- Playing an essential role in supporting office planning and projects by researching and collecting information, contributing innovative recommendations, and implementing approved plans within assigned responsibilities
- Supporting various projects in support of office operations
- Routing and/or answering correspondence internally and through various offices and locations
- Researching, analyzing and compiling information for various spreadsheets, databases, and reports on behalf of Manager; providing updated information as requested by various levels of management, including assisting with tracking expenses, revenue projections, office space utilization, contracts, etc.
- Being involved in continuous process review and creation of efficiencies
- Assisting Manager with various administrative tasks as assigned (i.e., scheduling; proofreading; processing expenses and vendor invoices; drafting correspondence, project documents, charts, and manuals)
- Managing event planning and communications for office events (holiday party, monthly birthday/happy hours, luncheons, Staff Appreciation Week, Wellness Fair, United Way Campaign, etc.)
- Leading the Wellness Committee, creating an annual wellness program and coordinating wellness events and communications for the office

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of 2 years relevant work experience; prior work history in law firm operations a plus
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office suite; experience with conference room management software
- Strong attention to detail and strong follow-through; results-oriented
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong writing and proofreading skills, including proven ability to effectively organize and present information in various formats
- Ability to conduct basic research on various topics and make recommendations to supervisor
- Ability to adapt and respond in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously when needed, prioritizing work and meeting assigned deadlines
- Strong collaborative skills to achieve results in cross-functional teams
- Strong organization and time management skills with ability to multi-task on competing deadlines
