Looking for a hands-on job with steady hours and weekly pay? Staffmark is hiring a Fence Assembly Worker in Perris, CA for a company that specializes in manufacturing fencing products. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable using tools, this could be a great fit.

$22.00/hr | Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM + OT as needed

Responsibilities:



  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials (wood, vinyl, metal, or chain link)
  • Assemble fence panels, gates, and posts using hand and power tools
  • Follow blueprints, work orders, or drawings to ensure accuracy
  • Inspect completed products for quality and precision
  • Package and label finished items for shipment or installation
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Operate basic machinery (saws, drills, nail guns, etc.)
  • Assist with material handling and loading/unloading as needed
  • Report any equipment issues or material defects to supervisor



Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Prior assembly, construction, or manufacturing experience a plus (but not required)
  • Ability to use basic hand/power tools and read measurements
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work well in a team
