Support Retail Enterprise Reset Services by overseeing the end-to-end process of reset tag and supply management. Responsible for the printing, coordination, and distribution of materials to retail locations, ensuring accuracy in documentation and timely allocation of expenses.

What you'll do as an Reset Coordinator:

  • Print and prepare reset tags to support retail store resets across the enterprise.
  • Coordinate reset supplies, ensure timely procurement, packaging, and shipment to individual store locations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of reset tags and reset supplies.
  • Track and process payments related to reset expenses, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Allocate reset expenses to divisions monthly.
  • Communicate effectively with internal sales teams, reset team, external vendor, and store locations to ensure seamless coordination of reset needs.
  • Monitor inventory levels proactively to prevent shortages or delays.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Reset Coordinator:

  • Experience managing print jobs and coordinating logistics preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and store personnel.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
