Global Sourcing Innovation Manager

OUR ROLE

At Fiskars Group, we believe in shaping a sustainable future through purposeful design. As our Global Sourcing Innovation Manager for Business Area Fiskars which includes Gardening, Creative and Outdoor categories, you'll collaborate across teams to identify and develop supplier partnerships that support our future product offerings and innovation pipeline. You'll join a global community that values creativity, curiosity, and teamwork - helping us bring bold ideas to life across new market categories.

This position can be based in Espoo, Finland; Middleton, Wisconsin, USA; or Portland, Oregon, USA and reports to our VP Global Sourcing for BA Fiskars. The role is full-time and offers a hybrid working model.

WHAT YOU'LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP

Responsibilities:

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to co-create sourcing strategies and build strong supplier relationships that support long-term innovation. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that includes design, R&D, and commercial teams.

  • Partner with internal teams to shape sourcing strategies for complex existing categories or new, non-core categories.

  • Explore and evaluate global suppliers with a focus on innovation and adaptability.

  • Co-develop sourcing plans aligned with product development goals.

  • Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and supplier networking to discover new opportunities.

  • Support supplier onboarding and contribute to early-stage contract discussions.

  • Collaborate with quality and sustainability teams to ensure supplier standards.

  • Share insights and updates with stakeholders through clear communication and reporting.

  • Contribute actively to strategic sourcing forums and innovation discussions.

WHO YOU ARE

Experience:

You're a curious and strategic thinker who thrives in collaborative environments. You enjoy exploring new possibilities and working across cultures and disciplines to bring ideas to life.

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • 5-7 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or supplier development.

  • Strong research and analytical skills with a global sourcing mindset.

  • Experience working with product development and creative supplier networks.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Chinese is a plus.

  • Comfortable working in a matrixed, international organization.

  • Willingness to travel and engage with global supplier networks.

Fiskars Group (FSKRS, Nasdaq Helsinki) is the global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. Since 1649, we have designed products of timeless, purposeful, and functional beauty, while driving innovation and sustainable growth. In 2024, Fiskars Group's global net sales were EUR 1.2 billion and we had close to 7,000 employees. We have two Business Areas (BA), Vita and Fiskars.

BA Vita offers premium and luxury products for the tableware, drinkware, jewelry and interior categories.
