Placement Type: Temp to Perm Salary: $35-40 Hourly $35 - $40/hr Start Date: 11.03.2025 Job Title: Graphic Designer Department: Marketing Our Indiana based pharmacy fulfillment solution client is looking for a hybrid graphic designer to join their Indiana team ASAP: Start = ASAP Duration = temp to perm 40 hours per week This role is hybrid, working in the Indianapolis office 3 days per week, remote on Monday and Friday The Role: We're seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our in-house Brand & Communications team. In this strategic, high-impact role, you'll be responsible for driving the visual expression of our brand across both internal and external channels. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to transform business objectives into compelling, brand-aligned creative. This is an opportunity for a detail-oriented, concept-driven designer to take ownership of key design initiatives, influence brand evolution, and elevate how our company shows up in the market. What you'll do: * Own the design and execution of a wide range of high-impact visual materials - from executive presentations to digital campaigns, internal communications, and event/tradeshow collateral. * Champion brand integrity by ensuring all creative deliverables are high-quality, consistent, and aligned with brand strategy. * Translate strategic objectives and stakeholder input into compelling, brand-aligned design solutions. * Partner with cross-functional teams to lead visual storytelling across enterprise-wide initiatives and campaigns. * Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity through stewardship of brand guidelines, design systems, and asset libraries. * Ensure all creative output is production-ready, technically accurate, and optimized for its intended platform or format. * Manage competing priorities across multiple projects, consistently delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. * Proactively identify design opportunities and contribute innovative ideas that enhance the brand's visual presence. * Stay ahead of industry trends to introduce fresh design perspectives and modern visual approaches. Who you are: * Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). * 5-7 years of professional design experience, including experience working cross-functionally in a corporate or in-house environment. * A portfolio that demonstrates expert-level craft in digital and print design, with a strong grasp of brand systems and strategic visual communication. * Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) and Microsoft Office tools; able to efficiently produce high-quality visuals across formats and platforms. * Strong understanding of digital platforms, social media standards, and executive-level presentation design. * Exceptional attention to detail, consistently producing pixel-perfect work and identifying inconsistencies that others may overlook. * Ability to balance creative exploration with brand discipline, bringing innovative ideas that strengthen and evolve our visual identity. * Strong communication and project management skills; confident managing stakeholder feedback and guiding visual direction across departments. The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $35 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. #LI-MS2 |
